The UK/Norton Stroke Care Network’s mission is to operate for the purpose of improving the quality of care, preventive medicine, education and research into stroke and related diseases throughout our region. Led by UK HealthCare and Norton Healthcare, the Stroke Care Network includes hospitals across Kentucky, Indiana and West Virginia that are teaming up to improve stroke prevention and patient outcomes.
Comprehensive Approach to Stroke (CATS) Lecture Series
The Comprehensive Approach to Stroke Lectures (CATS) are designed for healthcare professionals (including EMS personnel, doctors, nurses, therapists, pharmacist & students) who work with stroke patients or are interested in learning more about research, prevention and best practices in stroke care.
Registration is not required for this free series. Continuing education credits will be provided for the physicians, nurses and EMS personnel that submit attendance documentation. Certificates of attendance are available upon request.
