Personal Statement

Dr. Fahd Sultan is a graduate of King Edward Medical College in Pakistan.  Before joining the University of Kentucky, he worked in a residency program in his home country and also spent some time doing clinical research in neurology at the University of Minnesota. His current interests include epilepsy and movement disorders.  In the future, Dr. Sultan plans a career in academic medicine.  He is fascinated by the interaction between social and economic factors and how they influence the practice of medicine. In his free time, he likes to read, watch movies and visit locations of scenic beauty.
